Viewing Web Content Offline

If it is difficult to get online at the stadium during a game, you can save the roster locally to your phone. There's a cross-platform solution for offline storage and reading called Pocket (formerly Read it Later) that has apps for Android, iPhone, and Blackberry. Install a plug-in to your Firefox, Chrome, IE or Safari browser on your main computer, create an account, and mark the pages to save to your "Reading List" from your computer browser. By logging in to your account on your computer and in the phone app, the links will be synced, and those pages will be on your Reading List on your phone. If you know that your phone will be offline, you need to mark each page on a site individually, since you obviously can't browse to links when you are offline.

With these rosters, in addition to the default sort by number, you may want to sort by last name as well, so remember to sort the roster on your desktop and mark that separately for the Reading List.

Here is the Pocket web site, with links to the web browser plug-ins and app stores for the various phone platforms. Here is the Android app.
